Dashavaani is a Vedic-astrology service for Panchang, planetary context, dashas, transits, and structured readings. It provides cultural and spiritual context, not medical, legal, financial, psychiatric, or emergency advice.

• Astrology cannot guarantee an event, outcome, profit, relationship result, diagnosis, or recovery.
• Terrain readings describe broad patterns and periods; they are not day-level natal forecasts.
• Dashavaani reports favourable, mixed, unfavourable, or inconclusive results without inventing certainty.
• Engine or language-model output may contain errors. Use independent professional judgment for consequential decisions.

• For health, legal, financial, psychiatric, or safety issues, consult a qualified professional.
• Cultural or spiritual remedies are not guaranteed cures or substitutes for treatment.
• Crisis and abuse questions may receive safety resources instead of an astrology prediction.
• Do not use the service to harass, deceive, exploit, or harm another person or yourself.

• You are responsible for accurate birth and account information.
• Do not submit another adult's data without their informed permission.
• Do not create or submit profiles for anyone under 18.
• Keep your account secure and notify us promptly about suspected unauthorized access.
• Do not bypass rate limits, human checks, access controls, payment verification, or other security measures.

• Research participation is voluntary, off by default, and limited to your own adult chart in the first protocol.
• You must provide truthful attestations and outcomes. Do not fabricate evidence, duplicate an event, coordinate submissions, or impersonate another person.
• A chart, question, rating, or comment alone is not an accuracy contribution.
• Submitted outcomes remain candidates until blind evidence, duplicate, cohort, and held-out review; Dashavaani may reject a submission.
• No individual contribution guarantees that engine accuracy will improve or that a rule will be adopted.
• Any contributor benefit is issued only under a published review policy and cannot depend on whether the reported outcome is positive or negative.
• You may withdraw through the profile controls, which erases linked research predictions and outcomes as described in the Privacy Policy.

• Prices and credit quantities are shown before checkout.
• Payment processing is performed by the displayed payment provider.
• Credits are granted only after server-side payment verification.
• A failed reading must not keep the reserved reading credits; automated release and reconciliation rules apply.
• Refunds, chargebacks, taxes, and payment disputes may also be governed by the payment provider and applicable law.

The Dashavaani name, service code, curated rule corpus, product design, and structured output formats belong to Dashavaani or its licensors. Classical texts and third-party sources remain subject to their own rights and traditions. These terms do not transfer ownership of your personal data to Dashavaani.

Features, prices, limits, and research protocols may change. We may refuse, suspend, or terminate access to protect users, payments, research integrity, or the service, or when these terms or the law are violated. A new research purpose requires a new consent notice rather than silent expansion of an old opt-in.

The service is provided "as is" to the extent permitted by law. We work to keep it useful, secure, and available, but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, error-free output, predictive accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Dashavaani is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the service. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that law does not permit us to exclude.
