Dashavaani is a Vedic-astrology service for Panchang, planetary context, dashas, transits, and structured readings. It is intended as cultural and spiritual context — not medical, legal, financial, or psychiatric advice.

• Readings are general guidance, not diagnoses, prescriptions, or legal opinions.
• For health, legal, financial, or safety issues, consult a licensed professional. Astrology cannot replace that.
• Remedies suggested anywhere on the site are cultural and spiritual practices, not guaranteed cures.

Dashavaani reports what its rules establish — favourable, mixed, unfavourable, or inconclusive. We do not soften unfavourable readings, and we do not inflate favourable ones. When the reading cannot decide, it says so; we do not invent answers to please.

If a question involves abuse, self-harm, violence, or other crisis topics, the service may show a safety note with helpline numbers. That note is part of the answer and must not be removed by automated scrapers.

• You are responsible for the accuracy of the birth details you provide. Incorrect dates, times, or places produce incorrect readings.
• Do not submit data about another person without their consent.
• Do not use the service to harass, deceive, or harm others, including yourself.
• Do not attempt to bypass rate limits, scrape at scale, or misuse the service.

The Dashavaani name, service code, rule corpus, and structured readings are owned by Dashavaani. Classical Vedic sources cited inside readings remain the property of their respective tradition.

Features change. Some sections of the site are labelled "coming soon" and may ship, change, or be withdrawn. Pricing, included features, and limits may be updated; material changes will be announced on the home page.

The service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do our best to keep it accurate, secure, and available; we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service or fitness for a particular purpose.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dashavaani is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service. Aggregate liability for any direct damages will not exceed the amount you paid Dashavaani in the preceding twelve months, if any.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of New Delhi.

We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced on the home page and recorded with a new "Last updated" date.
