Privacy Policy

• Account data - your login email address or phone number, account name, authentication sessions, and consent records.
• Birth profiles - the name, date, time, place, coordinates, time-zone offset, relationship label, and time-uncertainty setting you provide.
• Questions and readings - question text, selected topic and mode, structured engine output, generated answer, and reading history.
• Product feedback - ratings, selected feedback categories, and optional comments. Product feedback measures usefulness and presentation; it is not treated as proof that a prediction was correct.
• Payments - product, amount, currency, order and transaction references, payment status, and refund or reconciliation facts. Dashavaani does not store your full card number, CVV, or online-banking password.
• Security data - limited request, rate-limit, challenge, audit, and error information needed to protect accounts, payments, and the service.

• Authenticate your account and keep your saved profiles available.
• Calculate charts, answer questions, and preserve reading history.
• Process purchases, issue credits, reconcile failures, and handle refunds.
• Prevent abuse, automated submissions, fraud, and security incidents.
• Improve product wording and usability from product feedback.
• Run optional, consented accuracy research under the separate rules below.

Adding a chart, asking a question, or rating an answer does not train the prediction engine. Accuracy research requires a separate affirmative opt-in for the account holder's own chart, an age-18-or-older attestation, and a human verification check.

Even after opt-in, a research record is created only when a registered protocol freezes a bounded prediction before the outcome. A later outcome remains ineligible for accuracy scoring until blind evidence, duplication, cohort, and held-out review are complete. Research rows exclude names, emails, raw birth details, raw questions, comments, documents, payment references, and generated prose. They are never used to change that individual's answers automatically.

You may withdraw from the profile controls at any time. Withdrawal erases linked research predictions and outcomes. Whether an outcome is positive or negative cannot determine any contributor benefit.

Saved account, profile, reading, credit, and consent data is stored by Dashavaani's backend. Limited browser storage keeps your login and active-profile state on your device. Production traffic is sent over HTTPS.

We use service providers for hosting, authentication, human verification, language-model processing, error monitoring, and payments. Depending on the feature, this may include Vercel, Fly.io, Google, Cloudflare, Anthropic, and Razorpay. Providers receive only the data needed for their role and process it under their own security and contractual obligations.

• Profiles and readings: kept until account deletion or an applicable deletion request.
• Expired authentication, rate-limit, worker, and trace records: automatically removed under short operational windows.
• Accuracy prediction and outcome records: no longer than two years, and erased earlier on withdrawal or account deletion.
• Minimized withdrawn-research consent history: removed after one year.
• Payment and audit facts: retained where reasonably needed for tax, fraud, dispute, security, or legal obligations.

• Change ordinary profile-memory use from the profile controls.
• Grant or withdraw optional accuracy-research consent separately for an eligible self profile.
• Download a current account-data export from My Profile.
• Ask us to access, correct, or erase applicable personal data through the contact page.
• Request account deletion; linked charts, readings, profile memory, and research rows are deleted, while required payment facts are de-linked and minimized.
• Clear browser storage or sign out to remove local session and profile-state copies.

We do not sell or rent personal data. We disclose it to processors that operate the service, to payment and anti-fraud providers, when you direct us to, or when disclosure is required by law. Research exports use reviewed, de-identified records rather than raw account, chart, question, or payment data.

We use authentication, access controls, encryption in transit, managed encryption at rest, server-side secret storage, rate limits, human challenges, audit trails, and data minimization. No online service can guarantee absolute security. Report a suspected vulnerability or privacy incident through the contact page.

Dashavaani is not intended for anyone under 18, and accuracy research accepts only adults. Do not create or submit a child's profile. Contact us if you believe a child's data has been submitted so we can investigate and remove it where required.

Material changes will be announced in the service and recorded with a new last updated date. A new research purpose or notice version requires fresh consent; it is not silently applied to an earlier opt-in.
